How do I install and start playing?

Download the launcher for your platform from the download page — the large button auto-detects your device.

Install the launcher, open it, and sign in to your account.

On first launch, choose where to install the game; the launcher downloads it for you.

When the download finishes, press Play.

Which platforms are supported?

Accepted Answer

Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Windows ships as a single universal installer that covers both x64 and ARM64.

Linux has separate x64 and ARM64 builds.

Does it work on macOS?

Accepted Answer

There is a macOS build, but it is a preview.

macOS only supports an older OpenGL version than the game currently needs, so the Mac client may fail to launch or render incorrectly.

A different renderer for macOS is in development. For now, play on Windows or Linux for a stable experience.

Question 4

The game won't start (graphics or OpenGL error)

Accepted Answer

If no compatible graphics device is found, the game shows a message that no compatible OpenGL graphics device was found, and writes a details file to the game's logs folder (startup-graphics-*.txt).

Install or update your GPU drivers.

Make sure your GPU meets the requirements: the game needs OpenGL 4.6 with the GL_ARB_bindless_texture extension. You can check your GPU's OpenGL version and extensions with a tool like OpenGL Extensions Viewer.

If you are running inside a virtual machine, enable 3D or GPU acceleration.

If it still fails, contact support and attach the startup-graphics-*.txt file and the exact error text.

How do I update the game or verify my files?

The launcher keeps the game up to date. Each time you start it, it checks the version and downloads any update before you play.

In the launcher settings you can also manually check for updates and verify files (integrity) if something seems broken.
