How do I connect to the game?

Accepted Answer

Sign in through the launcher and press Play — it signs you in, finds the server, and connects you automatically.

There is no manual server setup.

I can't connect ("Connection failed")

Accepted Answer

Check the current server status at {statusLink} — the server may be down or restarting.

Check your internet connection.

Make sure the game is up to date — start the launcher so it can apply any update.

Wait a moment and try again.

If it still won't connect, try connecting through a VPN — some networks or regions can block or misroute the connection.

Question 3

I got disconnected ("Connection lost")

Accepted Answer

This usually means a temporary network problem between you and the server.

Press Play to reconnect.

If it keeps happening, check your connection or try a VPN.

Question 4

The game is laggy or stuttering

Accepted Answer

In Settings, try changing Network quality — higher quality can smooth out other ships' movement but uses more bandwidth.

An unstable connection to the server can also cause this; a wired connection or a VPN with better routing may help.

Question 5

Is the server online? How many servers are there?

Accepted Answer

There is a single server for now, and it will stay one server during the alpha.
